Get started with ComandaPro
Install the program and take your first order in minutes.
1. Download and install
From the Download page, download the installer for Windows 10 or 11 and run it on your venue's PC. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click "More info" and then "Run anyway".
2. Activate your license
On first start ComandaPro asks for your license code (format CP-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX). Enter it while the PC is connected to the internet: from then on the program also works offline.
3. Sign in and change the password
Sign in with user admin and password admin123, then change it straight away from the Profile page.
4. Load your menu
On the Products page create categories and add dishes, drinks and other products with their price.
5. Pick the printer
Install your thermal receipt printer in Windows with its driver, then select it in Settings.
6. Add your staff
On the Users page create an account for each person using the program:
- Admin: full access, including users, settings and reports
- Manager: orders, customers and products
7. Take your first order
From New order look up the customer by phone number (or create them), add the products and delivery time, and print the ticket.
Backups
Every day ComandaPro saves a backup in the Documents\ComandaPro Backup folder and keeps the last 30 days. If your Documents folder syncs with OneDrive, the backups also end up in the cloud.
